Tektronix or other lab scope connector lead set, was used for automotive hook up to our scope, sold a few years back and dont use anymore, has 10x low voltage adapters 42 v. Extensions for them, a coil and spark plug adapter with BNC adapter, to red black different graphing digital meters. Light use always was cased, has BNC to individual red/black test probes, I do not have the scope leads they were sold with but most 1x / 10x will work, also original early wp200 printer interface.
