Details:

I have not tested it because still value my life. It appears to be missing 2 connector leads, one red and black that would plug into the front of panel. It shows a significant amount of rust and corrosion on the chassis. It operates as a test light, leakage detection, high and High tension tester.

This is an original Neeson voltage and high tension leakage testing machine. Most of the markings are quite legible. The power cord is badly deteriorated and I would expect similar issues internally. It is a model 47843 / 110 VAC, 60 cycle test unit.

Another lead appears to have exited the chassis next high tension lead, but I no idea what was once there. The selector knob feels crisp and solid. It shows rust and rubber deterioration of the wiring insulators. One bulb and lens is damaged while 2 are still intact.
